Hey there,
the four of us are your new tutors in the WHO student dormitory for the upcoming semesters.
We are part of your student representation that takes care of the social life in our student village. We organize cooking evenings and trips, we help and advice you, and we are also happy to answer your questions about living together here in WHO. Especially for foreign students we are contact persons to clarify open questions about the small pitfalls of everyday life in Germany.
We will publish any further information on our planned events on our Facebook page Tutors WHO and on Instagram @tutorium.who. Of course, we can also be reached by e-mail via tutors [dot] who [at] gmail [dot] com. Unfortunately, our office hours are cancelled due to the Corona pandemic and are limited to online contact. Under normal circumstances, however, you meet us on Mondays from 8 pm to 9 pm and Wednesdays from 8 pm to 9 pm in our office at Fichtenweg 5 (near the Dorfrat).
We look forward to supporting you in word and deed and having a great time together this semester!

Hallo liebe Bewohner*innen!
Mein Name ist Simon Fischer und ich bin der Tutor für das Wohnheim im Heuberger-Tor-Weg (Georg Fahrbach Haus). Bereits seit dem Winter 2017 habe ich diesen Job inne, zuvor noch in Lustnau.
Ich heiße alle Bewohner/innen im Namen des Heimrates sehr herzlich willkommen!
Für Fragen aller Art stehe ich sehr gerne zur Verfügung, egal ob es ums Studium, das Wohnheim oder um das generelle Leben in Tübingen geht! Du kannst mich jederzeit erreichen unter tutors [dot] heuberger [at] gmail [dot] com oder einfach via Smartphone. Alle Kontaktdaten hängen auch am schwarzen Brett im Eingangsbereich aus.
In der Regel planen wir Veranstaltungen wie Spieleabende z.B. mit Billard oder Poker, was aufgrund der aktuellen Situation jedoch leider nicht möglich ist. Wir bemühen uns um den bestmöglichen Ersatz und freuen uns auf die Zeit, in der es wieder möglich sein wird!
Außerdem halten wir Euch bezüglich der Veranstaltungen auf unserer Facebook-Seite: “tutors heuberger“ auf dem Laufenden. Auch weitere Infos, sowie nützliche Nutzerbeiträge anderer Bewohner/innen werden dort regelmäßig gepostet, also schau gerne mal rein!

Hey there,
we are Johanna Schriever and Johanna Schaarschmidt, the new Tutors at the student dormitory in Wanne for the upcoming WS 19/20 and SS 20. Our role as international Tutors is that we are the contact person for each and everyone of you who is living in the dormitory. You can ask us anything about the house, when you have some issues in your flat, we can help you or just anything else. Our contact information can be found at the blackboards in the entry hall in both houses. Do not worry, we will be nice😉.
This year we are planning to do some fun activities with you guys, like the legendary kitchen run, which takes place each semester. On our list is also a barbecue, board- or card game nights or even movie nights. You can find the most current information, where and when an event takes place at the black board. When you have any ideas about a new event or something you always wanted to do in a larger group of people just contact us. We are open for anything.
We are looking forward to a nice and entertaining year with you.

We are a team of four students, who have been living in Hohenheim for some time and are happy to pass on the experience that we have gained to cope with initial problems and everyday situations in student life. We are here representing the Studierendenwerk to answer your questions and help you if you have difficulties.
If you
- have any questions about living in a hall of residence, radio and television license fee etc.,
- have any difficulties with your fellow-residents,
- do not know who to contact with special questions,
come and see us and we will do our best to help you.
We also organize and offer many events, international evenings and a wide variety of leisure activities during the semester. You are welcome to join us!
