1.All students can apply if they have already enrolled at one of the universities covered by the Studierendenwerk Tübingen-Hohenheim or if they intend to enrol.
2.You can make applications for the winter semester from April 1 onwards in the year concerned. The same process for the summer semester starts on 1 October during the year before.
3.You can apply for a room at a hall of residence before you receive your notification of admission or your enrolment certificate. Please send in the notification of admission or enrolment certificate as soon as you receive it from your college or university. We can only offer you a room in a hall of residence after receiving your notification or enrolment certificate, regardless of when you send your application and only if there is space available.
4.In the case of applications involving couples and families, at least one of the partners must be admitted or enrolled. Each adult must complete a separate online application.
